NeighborWorks^® Waco is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to build stronger neighborhoods through homeownership.

This website includes information on our many programs and services for homebuyers and homeowners, and also highlights our efforts in revitalizing neighborhoods and strengthening communities.

Since 1993, we have built or rehabbed over 200 homes and assisted well over 2,000 families in purchasing their first home. Our services consist of Credit Counseling, Financial Literacy and Homebuyer Education, Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance, Mortgage Lending, and New Home Construction.
