When you come to your appointment, don't forget to bring these items:
- Driver's License or Photo Identification Card
- All W-2 Forms
- 1099 or 1098 Forms (if any)
- Social Security Cards or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) for all persons in your family
- Any tax statements received from your mortgage company during 2011
- Last year's tax return, if available
