Our newest development, Belmont Village, is on track to be one of the most desirable areas of its time. This development is strategically located within walking distance to major grocery chain, H.E.B., minutes from Baylor University, and with easy access to I-35. A public transportation stop is conveniently located just outside the development for ease of access, and new recreational areas including shopping, dining, and more are growing nearby! Belmont Village will also offer its own greenbelt walking trail and dog park. Merely a few miles from some of the most outstanding attractions in downtown Waco, including world-class dining and Magnolia, Belmont Village is sure to be a big success among populations of all ages and backgrounds.
