In the Fall of 2021, Kris Morgan joined our team, bringing 15 years of experience maintaining properties. He serves as our Maintenance Manager, overseeing all aspects of our rental homes including paint, plumbing, electrical, inspections, and more. He has extensive experience with electrical repair and property maintenance, which equips him well to assist our clients in moments of need. His professionalism and friendliness have made him a welcome sight to the families we serve.
Kris enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons in his free time. He spends a lot of that time cheering on his boys at their various sporting events, tinkering in his shop, tending his veggie garden, and simply being outdoors.
