    Allison serves as Program Specialist at NeighborWorks® Waco. She is responsible for assisting in various aspects of programming, including funding, planning, and implementation. Allison focuses especially on NeighborWorks® Waco’s financial literacy program for youth, Project ASPIRE. She graduated from Baylor University with a B.S.F.C.S. in Child and Family Studies with a concentration in Family Life and a minor in Business Administration.

    A Waco native, Allison loves all things Baylor, especially cheering the Bears onto victory! Allison also enjoys spending time with family, reading any novel she can find, and enjoying downtown Waco.

    Delisa Burnell-Smith serves as Vice President & COO of NeighborWorks® Waco. She is certified by NeighborWorks® Full-Cycle Lending in three categories: homebuyer education, mortgage lending and loan portfolio management. Since joining the organization in 1994, Burnell-Smith has counselled thousands of families. Burnell-Smith has served on non-profit organization boards of the East Waco Development Corporation, Waco Family Abuse Center, Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce, Centex African American Chamber of Commerce, City of Waco Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission. She currently serves on the boards and commissions of the City of Waco Building and Standards Commission and Cameron Park Zoological and Botanical Society, Inc.

    Delisa, a native Wacoan, earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Paul Quinn College in Dallas, Texas. In her spare time, Delisa enjoys traveling and considers herself a food connoisseur.

  • Calvin Hodde – Construction Manager

    As Construction Manager of NeighborWorks® Waco, Calvin oversees all aspects of the construction process at each new home site that the organization builds and homes under rehabilitation. His duties include inspecting potential home sites for lot acquisitions, obtaining building permits, overseeing NeighborWorks® Waco’s independent contractors, working with new homebuyers on details of their new home, maintaining NeighborWorks® rental property, showing rental property to prospective tenant’s and identifying homes to add to the Organization’s rental portfolio. Calvin joined NeighborWorks® Waco in December of 1997.

    In addition to his day job with NeighborWorks® Waco, Calvin also serves as the Mayor of Lacy Lakeview, Texas. Calvin also enjoys hunting, fishing and being outdoors.

  • Lillian Brackins – Director of Marketing, Communication & Information Technology

    Lillian joined NeighborWorks® Waco in July 2016 and serves as our Director of Marketing, Communication, and Information Technology. Lillian is responsible for strategic direction and execution of all internal and external communications, as well as events such as Art on Elm Avenue, Pastors’ Paint Challenge and NeighborWorks® Week. She also creates various marketing materials that are used across multiple media platforms, including social media, while developing creative concepts for consideration. She graduated from Baylor University with a B.A. in Corporate Communications.

    Lillian is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas! When she’s not watching Top Chef, she’s throwing a sic ’em at a Baylor game! Lillian and her husband, Tucker, are excited to be back in Waco with the NeighborWorks family.

  • Kym Lincoln – Office Manager

    As Office Manager of NeighborWorks® Waco, Kym is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office to ensure it is running smoothly. In addition, Kym performs various other tasks such as servicing loans, numerous accounting tasks, processing foreclosure proceedings and other legal documents and assisting families in the rental and homeownership processes. Kym joined NeighborWorks® Waco in March 2013.

    Kim was born and raised a Texan and calls Waco home. She graduated from Richfield High School and attended both McLennan Community College and Baylor University. She brings with her many years of experience in mortgage lending at banks, credit unions and mortgage companies. Her favorite part of her job is visiting and building friendships with clients while helping them achieve their goals in home ownership.

    Kim and her husband Chris are active members of Lorena United Methodist Church. She has a daughter in college at MCC and a son in High School at Troy High School. She enjoys cooking with Chris and entertaining family and friends. She also enjoys movies and several different genres of music.

  • Roy Nash – President & Chief Executive Officer

    Roy Nash serves as the President and CEO of NeighborWorks® Waco and has over 38 years of experience in the housing and building industry. He serves on the Visibility and Resource Development Committee for NeighborWorks® America as well as the NeighborWorks America HomeOwnership Steering Committee and the National NeighborWorks® Association. He is the founding and current chair of the NeighborWorks® Alliance of Texas, a collaboration of Texas NeighborWorks® organizations. Nash is the current vice-chair of the Waco Housing Coalition, and he also serves on the boards of the Heart of Texas Builders Association, the Texas Association of Builders and the Heart of Texas Workforce Solutions.

    Nash graduated from Baylor University where he received a BBA degree in Business Management. In his spare time, he enjoys family activities with his wife, Jane, and their two daughters’ families.

  • Karen Saucedo – Chief Financial Officer

    As Chief Financial Officer, Karen is responsible for managing the organizations grants and assets, and working with our accountants to keep the organization on budget. She works closely with local and national lending sources to generate the funds needed to continue serving Central Texas families. Karen has also been designing homes for NeighborWorks® families since 2001. Whether it is speculative or custom, Karen can create beautiful affordable homes for our families. When Karen is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and quilting with her mom.
