Several years ago NeighborWorks Waco purchased a 9-acre tract of land in South Waco at the end of Belmont Street. We have waited for just the right time to develop this property, and now the perfect opportunity has arrived. NeighborWorks Waco, along with two for-profit partners, will develop this property into a neighborhood of 27 duplexes. The duplexes will consist of 54 two-bedroom, two-bath units. NeighborWorks Waco will manage the finished development, which will include a neighborhood homeowners association and a neighborhood park. 

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath units will include tub-showers and a level-entry shower. All exterior grounds maintenance will be handled by NeighborWorks Waco. The development will get underway this fall with home construction beginning after the start of 2020. Stay tuned for more information as this development nears completion.

    Is there only 2 bedrooms available and do you guys accept Section 8?

      Belmont Village is only comprised of 2 bedrooms, but NeighborWorks Waco has about 90 other rental units around the greater Waco area, most of which include more than 2 rooms. We do accept section 8. Call our offices to learn more. 254 752 1647
