NeighborWorks Waco offers FREE homebuyer education workshops. Free workshops are below and to the left. We also partner with eHome America to offer virtual courses which are not free of charge.
eHome America offers completely online virtual classes which can be done at your own pace and from the comfort of your home. These Workshops include the classic Homebuyer Education and Money Management! Courses through eHome America do come with a cost, as opposed to NeighborWorks Waco's free homebuyer education courses.
Upon completion of these virtual classes, participants simply need to contact V Latimer, Homeownership Planner, at vlatimer@nw-waco.org or 254-752-1647 x 107, to verify their successful fulfillment of class requirements. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding virtual classes.
