NeighborWorks Waco is pleased to introduce Martha Johnson as our new Mortgage Loan Officer. With nearly twenty years of experience in mortgage finance, Martha brings a wealth of knowledge, a deep commitment to service, and a personalized approach to helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.
Martha’s passion for helping others is rooted in the strong work ethic she developed early in life. Over the years, she has developed an expert understanding of lending guidelines and has mastered the mortgage qualification process. She takes pride in going beyond traditional mortgage planning by creating customized strategies that align with her clients’ overall financial goals, whether those include retirement planning, education savings, or tax considerations.
Throughout her career, Martha has built a reputation based on integrity, trust, and a desire to empower others. She is dedicated to providing clients with the information and insight they need to make confident, informed decisions. Her thoughtful attention to both the needs and wants of each individual helps ensure that every client feels heard, supported, and equipped for success.
When she is not working, Martha enjoys spending time with her daughter, Zoey, and their rescue cat, Penelope, affectionately known as Peppie. Whether she is guiding a family through the homebuying process or making memories at home, Martha brings care and intention to all she does.
