NeighborWorks Waco are pleased to announce our new office manager Rose Corujo! We are happy she has joined our team; she will be a great asset to the organization. We are also proud to say we are finishing up our last home in Legacy Square! We have built 12 brand new, affordable homes in that unique community, which has a distinctive vibe. The neighborhood is attractive to resident families for many reasons, including the resident diversity, neighborhood tranquility, and the convenience of Reverend Austin Park, right across the street. We are also happy to announce that Belmont Village is complete and fully rented. May 21 was our annual plant sale and it was a big success! We want to help make our community beautiful by offering affordable flowers, shrubs, and greenery.

Our client, Chainey Stoltmann, who has been renting from us for over ten years recently made the best decision–to become a home owner! That’s what we are all about: making neighborhoods stronger through homeownership, quality rental housing, and community building initiatives. Chainey knows that there is no place like home. She will have stability and privacy compared to renting. She can customize her home, making it her own, and the home will be a great long-term investment.
