Our History

Since 1993, NeighborWorks® Waco has been a beacon of stability and empowerment for families across Central Texas. What began as a vision to promote homeownership and community development has grown into a powerful force for lasting change. Over the past three decades, we’ve helped more than 3,200 families achieve the dream of owning a home, building not just financial security, but a foundation for generations to come. Our efforts have collectively generated more than $320 million in home equity, fueling economic growth and neighborhood revitalization.
