Welcome Nathan Murphy, Construction Manager

Nathan Murphy joined the NeighborWorks Waco team on January 3rd of this year as the Construction Manager. He has over 30 years of experience in residential construction and has a deep appreciation for this profession. Murphy has gained well-rounded experience in a range of construction project applications throughout his career, and he’s looking forward to applying them in his new role.

This position at NeighborWorks Waco will allow him the opportunity to be part of a much larger initiative that will forever impact first-time homebuyers and the communities the organization serves. Nathan says his greatest strength is customer care, which has garnered the satisfaction of his clients. In addition, he’s a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, and most of all, he enjoys’ s serving the Lord.
