NeighborWorks Waco is pleased to welcome Toby Dominguez to our team as Property Maintenance Specialist. A proud Waco native, Toby brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction trade, along with extensive hands-on expertise in property upkeep, repairs, and improvements that support safe, quality housing.
Toby’s background in construction allows him to approach each project with attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to excellence. His work plays an important role in maintaining homes that are safe, functional, and well cared for, helping ensure that the families we serve have quality housing they can depend on.
Toby is excited to contribute his skills to NeighborWorks Waco and is passionate about supporting the organization’s mission to strengthen neighborhoods and expand access to quality housing throughout the community. He takes pride in knowing that his work directly impacts the lives of local families and helps maintain homes that serve as a foundation for stability and growth.
Outside of work, Toby enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is also an avid barbecue enthusiast who enjoys bringing people together around the grill, whether for family gatherings or community get-togethers.
